Who we are

Best IPTV Dublin ("we", "us") provides an online IPTV subscription service at bestiptvdublin.irish. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at bestiptvdublin@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.

What we collect

• Contact details: your WhatsApp name and number, and your email address if you email us.
• Order details: the plan you choose, payment confirmation and dates.
• Device details: your device type and, for some apps and boxes, a MAC address, so we can set up your service.
• Messages: what you tell us in WhatsApp or by email.
• Website data: basic technical data such as pages visited and the button you clicked, used to understand which pages help people.

We do not ask for or store your full card or bank details. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and send your trial or subscription login.
• To process your order and renewals.
• To help you set up your device and fix problems.
• To keep records required by law, such as payment records.
• To improve our website.

Legal basis

We use your data to perform our contract with you (your trial or subscription), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our service. Where the law requires consent, for example for optional analytics cookies, we ask first.

Who we share it with

• WhatsApp (Meta): our chats with you take place on WhatsApp.
• Payment providers: Revolut, your bank, PayPal or a crypto payment service, depending on how you pay.
• Email and website hosting providers that help us run the website and email.

We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers, such as WhatsApp, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, they rely on legal safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep chat and order details for as long as you are a customer and for up to 2 years after, unless the law requires longer (for example payment records). Trial-only contacts are kept for up to 12 months.

Refund requests

If you ask for a refund, you email us your registered email address, username, transaction date, plan, the reason for your request and any screenshots. We use this only to review and process your request under our Refund Policy, and keep it with your order records.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email us or message us on WhatsApp and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

Our website uses only the storage needed for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent first and you can change your choice at any time.

Children

Our service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
