A 1-device plan lets you watch on one screen at a time. A multi-room plan lets you watch on two screens at the same time, for example a TV in the living room and a Firestick in the bedroom.
Is there a contract or any hidden fee?
No. Every plan is a one-off payment for the time you choose, with no contract and no extra fees. When it ends, you decide whether to renew.
How do I renew my subscription?
Message us on WhatsApp before your plan ends and tell us which plan you want. Once payment is confirmed, we extend the same login so you don't need to set anything up again.
Can I upgrade from 1 device to 2 devices?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will move you to a multi-room plan, usually when your current plan comes up for renewal.
Which payment methods can I use?
